Happy New Year

I spent my New Year's Eve in a very Japanese way - queuing for about an hour to get into the local Shinto shrine, praying for some good fortune to come my way in 2014, drinking maple latte instead of alcohol, and eating way too much (amazing) food.
I find myself not having any resolutions in 2014, except working harder and having learnt from my 2013 mistakes.

Many thanks to everyone who have been following what I do. I will do my best from now on, too.
今年もよろしくね。

  1. I love your photographs. Do you know what are those white paper things hanging on ropes? Some traditional thing or just decoration? I wish you the best in the year 2014! :3

    1. Thank you. I'm not too sure but I think you're supposed to write your wishes on those and then hang them. All the best to you too! ;3
